Elaine S. Wilson is the winner of the 2025 Bethesda Painting Award. This award is given annually to a painter in the DC, Maryland, Virginia area in a juried process. The award is funded by the Carol Trawick and the Trawick Foundation in Bethesda, MD that has supported the arts in the DMV area for many years.
